| Grilled Turkey Tenderloins with Orange and Rosemary |
Diet Type: Low Carbohydrate

Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour
|
Ingredients:

2 large shallots, minced |
| |
1/2 cup fresh orange juice |
| |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
| |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
| |
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar |
| |
4 teaspoons grated orange peel |
| |
1 tablespoon honey |
| |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
| |
2 pounds turkey tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" medallions |

| |
Directions:
Place all ingredients except turkey into a large plastic baggie. Seal and shake to mix.
Add turkey medallions to marinade, seal tightly and marinate at least 1 hour.
Place turkey on broiler rack and broil about 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, brushing with marinade half way through cooking time.
