2 large carrots, diced2 bulbs Kohlrabi, peeled and diced1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts1/4 red onion, diced1/2 cup jicima, peeled and diced2 tablespoons canola oil1/4 cup water1/4 cup mellow white Miso1 1/2 tablespoons Brown Rice Vinegar2 tablespoons maple syrup2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

| Instructions: |
| Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour over vegetables and mix well. Chill. |
