Kamut® Chili

The large kamut grain has a chew to it similar to ground beef.

Ingredients:
1 cup Kamut grain, soaked overnight, drained3 cups water2 cups cooked Pinto Beans1 large onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced3 teaspoons chili powder2 teaspoons salt2 cups tomato sauce1 cup water1 15 ounce can stewed tomatoes4 drops Tabasco sauce1 teaspoon Cumin

Cooking Time: Over one hour |

| Instructions: |
| Bring soaked Kamut and water to a boil in a large pot.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, until all water is absorbed, about 30-40 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients in with Kamut. Simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
