Ingredients:
1 16-ounce-jar Seitan (wheatmeat)15 whole button mushrooms1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks1 sweet onion, quartered, separated2 zucchini, cut into 1/22 yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2" chunks3/4 cup lime juice2 tablespoons Barley Malt3-4 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon minced onion2 tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro (chinese parsley)1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

| Instructions: |
| Mix marinade and pour over seitan and vegetables. Marinade at least 2 hours, preferably longer.
Skewer ingredients and broil or grill until veggies are done to your likeness. |
