Green Kamut is a concentrated pure juice extract from the young tender leaves of the cereal grass Kamut, an ancient non-hybrid plant that contains more protein, trace minerals and nutrients than wheatgrass combined with mature alfalfa leaves known as the father of all foods. We grow kamut and alfalfa organically on an ancient lake bed where seasonal runoff from the surrounds volcanic mountains assures maximum nutrition in each harvest.
