Shipping/Delivery Options
Westerly Natural Market will not ship any order under $35, before shipping and handling charges are assessed. Orders will not have a required time to ship. Westerly Natural Market may hold any order for any amount of time. We reserve the right to not ship certain orders due to out of stocks, weight, and region of the world and contents of the package. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.

Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.

We do not offer International Shipping.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.Website prices in no way reflect in store prices.

In store prices in no way reflect website prices. In store prices and web site prices will differ. Westerly Natural Market is in no way responsible to give website prices to products purchased in store. In store customers will not be granted website prices. Website purchasers will not receive in store prices, discounts or sale prices.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Westerly Natural Market has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are an estimate and may be changed at the sole discretion of Westerly Natural Market.

Return Policy
There are no returns on perishable product what so ever. Returns may only be granted to unopened supplements which must be accompanied by a receipt. Items must have been bought within 14 days. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned without first contacting Westerly Natural Market and receiving RMA #. If you do not obtain a RMA# and send a package to us we will not accept the package and it will be returned to you. All shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
